  • 1. How does it work?

    Once you sign in as our vendor partner, we list your services along with your company name on our platform. Service prices (inclusive of gst) will be mentioned. Customers can book the service with a simple click, with a preferred date and time for your service.

  • 2. How do I get the booking?

    On the vendor app, you will get a notification every time a customer makes a booking.This will give you order details, customer contact and address details. An email detailing the same will be sent to you.

  • 3. Can I cancel/modify the order?

    Yes you can cancel or modify the date/time/price of your service once you receive the order from the customer. Please note any cancellation/modification to the order can be made only once per order.

  • 4. When do I get paid?

    The payment is handled directly between you and the customer. Doorstep Services Goa will not collect or facilitate any payment transactions between you and the customer. You can collect payment from the customer in cash, online payment or through card payment.

  • 5. Do I give commission?

    Doorstep Services Goa does not take any commission from its vendors.
